Geschätzte Kolleginnen und Kollegen 8

Wir hatten einige Probleme mit unserer Home-Page, aber jetzt sind wir wieder Online. Es sind einige Probleme aufgetreten um die wir uns kümmern müssen und werden.Uns wird oft vorgeworfen wir würden ja auch nichts für unsere Kolleg/innen tun. Dazu muss gesagt werden, dass unsere Möglichkeiten beschränkt sind, weil wir im Dienststellenausschuss nur 2 Mandate verfügen. im Gegensatz zu den 12 die die FSG hat, werden unsere Anträge meistens abgelehnt, weil sie von der AUF kommen. Aber als Opposititon haben wir die Möglichkeit etwaige Missstände aufzuzeigen und dagegen vorzugehen.

.) Von der Dienststelle ging ein Schreiben aus, bezüglich der Urlaubsregelung die 40 STD. Kolleg/innen das sie am gemeinsamen Schulstandort nicht zur selben Zeit auf Urlaub nehmen dürfen und das dies eben mit der Personalvertretung abgesprochen wurde und diese zugestimmt hat. In Wirklichkeit wusste zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt in der PV niemand von so einer Abmachung oder hätte dieser zugestimmt. Stattdessen wurde dieses Schreiben mit einstimmigen Beschluss abgelehnt und der DA-Vorsitzende  Wohlfahrt beauftragt, Er solle mit dem FB3  Gespräche führen, welchen dieser sofort zugesagt hat.

.) Zum Schreiben von Fr. Mag. Trattnig die Schlüsselverwaltung betreffend, habe ich mich dafür ausgesprochen das wir Schulwart/innen nur die Haustor und Hauptschlüsseln verwalten und die Lehrerschlüsseln bei den Direktionen verbleiben, wo sie jetzt schon meistens  verwaltet werden, bleiben. Ein Argument dafür ist auch der immense Zeitaufwand, den wir zusätzlich noch hätten. Wir haben genug zu tun, da bleibt sowieso kaum Zeit für mehr Tätigkeiten. Ich habe den DA-Vors. Wohlfahrt aufgefordert auch diesbezüglich mit der Fr. Trattnig ein Gespräch zu führen und die Dienstanweisung dahingehend abzuändern.

.) Viele von Euch haben sicher den kleinen Aprilscherz auf Facebook und was er für Auswirkungen hatte. Daran sieht man den großen Bedarf und auch den Wunsch nach Veränderung einzelner Personen in der PV. Aber solange dort einige dem Schogger nach dem Mund reden und dafür gewisse Privilegien erhalten, dafür zu allem Ja und Amen sagen müssen was 56er vorgibt wird sich nichts ändern. Und so lange  immer wieder die gleichen Parteifunktionäre gewählt werden, die ihre Zuckerln auch euch gegenüber verteidigen, wird sich daran auch nichts ändern. Wenn ihr wirklich eine Veränderung in der PV wollt, müsst ihr mit eurem Wahlverhalten bei der nächsten Personalvertretungswahl  Uns eure Zustimmung geben, damit wir mehr Mandate erhalten und dadurch mehr Druck auf die Personalführung ausüben können. Wir von der AUF sind die Menschen die für Menschen arbeiten. DAFÜR STEHEN WIR! Und wir bekommen keine Zuckerln und Privilegien, und wir sind nicht käuflich. Wir treten ein für faire und gerechte Arbeitsbedingungen und eine Leistungsgerechte Bezahlung!

.) Zum Problem mit den unbezahlten Mehrdienstleistungsstunden der Zeitungeregelten Kolleg/innen, hatte ich Ende Juni 22 ein Gespräch mit Fr. Mag. Trattnig. Ich habe Ihr unser Problem erklärt, und Sie hat mir zugesagt, dass sie sich unsere Arbeitssituation anschauen werde. Da es in diesem Fall noch keine Informationen Ihrerseits gibt, werde ich mich diesbezüglich nochmal mit ihr in Verbindung setzen und um Auskunft bitten, wie wir die Angelegenheit zu unserer Zufriedenheit lösen können. Ihr seht also, wir bleiben an dem Problem dran.

Zum Abschluss noch eine Bitte, wir wissen bzw. erfahren oft nicht wenn es bei euch Probleme gibt oder zu Problemen kommt. Kontaktiert uns und teilt uns eure Schwierigkeiten mit, wir kommen dann und helfen euch, eure Schwierigkeiten zu beseitigen.
